What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of kube-it-consulting.com — the pages, the technical articles and the certification guidance published on it. Using the site means you accept them.
They do not govern consulting or training work. That is covered by a signed engagement contract, and where the two differ, the contract wins.

The articles are information, not advice
We publish detailed technical writing about Kubernetes, OpenShift, certification curricula and AI tooling. It reflects our experience and our reading of vendor documentation at the time of writing. It is general information, not advice for your specific environment.
Commands, manifests and configuration on this site can change or delete production state. Read them, understand them, and test them somewhere you can afford to break before running them anywhere that matters. You remain responsible for what you run.
Certification information ages
Exam codes, curricula, weightings, prices and prerequisites change, sometimes without notice. Posts carrying a "facts checked" date were verified against the vendor's own page on that date; the rest reflect our working knowledge. Always confirm against Red Hat or the Linux Foundation before booking an exam or approving a training budget. We are not liable for a booking made against out-of-date information here.
Not affiliated with the vendors
Kube IT Consulting is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting as an agent for Red Hat, the Linux Foundation, the CNCF, Anthropic, Microsoft, Amazon or Google.
Red Hat, OpenShift, Kubernetes, CKA, CKAD, CKS and the other product and certification names used here are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use them descriptively, to say what we work on and write about, and that use implies no relationship.
Our content
The articles, diagrams, wording and design of this site belong to Kube IT Consulting FZCO unless stated otherwise.
You may read, print and share links freely, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link back. Republishing whole articles, or using them to train a product you then sell as equivalent guidance, needs written permission.
Code, commands and configuration snippets are a different matter: use them in your own work without attribution and without asking. They are there to be used.
CertLabs
CertLabs is our own practice platform and a separate service with its own terms, which apply once you go there. It is exam preparation material and is not affiliated with Red Hat or the Linux Foundation. Nothing on it guarantees an exam result.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up but do not promise uninterrupted access. Content may be changed, corrected or removed at any time. Where we correct something materially wrong in an article, we would rather fix it visibly than quietly.
Other sites we link to
Links to vendor documentation and other external resources are for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their terms.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, anything published here — including outages, data loss or costs following from applying a configuration described on the site.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes fall to the courts of Dubai. If you are a consumer in another country, you may still have the protections of your local law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised version.
These terms are written in plain language to describe our actual position. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Before relying on them in a contract, procurement process or dispute, have them checked by a qualified adviser in the relevant jurisdiction.
