The short version
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no third-party trackers. There is no sign-up, no account and no contact form. If you never email us, we hold nothing about you beyond the server logs described below.
Everything after this expands on that. It is deliberately specific rather than generic, so you can check it against what the site actually does.
Who we are
Kube IT Consulting FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything in this policy, write to info@kube-it-consulting.com. We are the data controller for the processing described here.
What this website collects
Nothing in your browser
The site is a set of static pages. It stores nothing in cookies, local storage or session storage, and loads no analytics, advertising, heat-mapping or social tracking scripts. You will not see a cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Server logs, held by our host
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, Cloudflare records technical request data — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer, user agent and approximate country — to deliver pages, defend against attacks and produce aggregate traffic counts.
We do not use those logs to build profiles, and we do not combine them with anything else. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. Cloudflare acts as our processor; its own privacy documentation covers what it retains.
Email you send us
Emailing info@kube-it-consulting.com or jobs@kube-it-consulting.com means we hold your address, your message and anything you attach. We use it to answer you and, where relevant, to carry out or prepare a contract. Our mail runs on Microsoft 365.
Enquiries are kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period after, so we can pick up a thread later. Job applications are kept for the recruitment process and then deleted unless you agree to us keeping them on file.
What we never do
- Sell, rent or trade personal data. Ever, to anyone.
- Send marketing email to addresses that contacted us about something else.
- Use tracking pixels, fingerprinting or cross-site advertising identifiers.
- Make automated decisions about you, including profiling.
Links that leave this site
We link to CertLabs, our own practice platform, and to our LinkedIn and Facebook pages. Those are separate services with their own privacy policies and their own cookies. This policy stops at the edge of this website; following a link means the destination's terms apply.
CertLabs has accounts, progress tracking and payments, so its data handling is necessarily broader than this site's. Read its policy before creating an account there.
Client and project data
Consulting work sometimes gives us access to systems containing personal data belonging to a client's users. In that work the client is the controller and we act as processor under a written agreement, on documented instructions. That relationship is governed by the engagement contract rather than by this policy.
Where data goes
We operate from the UAE and serve clients in Belgium, France, Switzerland and the Gulf, so data may be processed outside the country you are in. Where the GDPR applies, transfers rely on the appropriate safeguards our providers offer, including standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable format. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Email info@kube-it-consulting.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge. If you are in the EEA and think we have handled your data badly, you may complain to your national supervisory authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. It is static, with no database and no application server behind it, which removes most of the ways a website leaks data. Email is protected by our provider's controls and access is limited to people who need it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Substantive changes to how we handle enquiry data will be flagged here rather than made quietly.
This policy describes our actual practice in plain language. It is not legal advice, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. If you need it to satisfy a specific regulatory obligation — a procurement questionnaire or a DPA, for instance — have it checked by a qualified adviser in the relevant jurisdiction first.
